• Another masochistic and ultimately futile session in the supposed lifestyle improvement fad is in the books. Bike miles coming this pm. #
• Afternoon bike miles done. That is a WHOLE other set of muscle pain. Need to retire the bike and get the motorcycle out! #
• This weeks radio show being produced right now. #
• Taking some time today to get my Mac back in good shape. It’s been neglected. Might need to think about a new one sometime in the future. #
• With Twitters new policy does it make them any different than txt-ing anymore? Sad. #twitterfail #
• Looks like I will be spending the night doing #Drupal security updates… #
• Go away rain. I need to get my run in this morning. And a bike ride later. #
• CMS next 2 days. 4 masterclass bass sessions with 3 insanely good instructors. Concerts on Fri and Sat nite. I’m getting a little giddy! #
• Wow! I am absoluely floored. Totally amazing. #
• First 2 bass classes done. Mind sufficiently blown… #
• One more session with Abe Laboriel today then Blues Council and Lincoln Brewster shows later today. #
• Sensory overload at CMS today. Securing a network tonight then off to bed. More bass sessions on Sat. #
• Totally zombie. #
